Infomir introduit une nouvelle politique d’assistance concernant Middleware

 

À partir du 1er mars 2017, Infomir apporte des modifications dans sa politique d’assistance concernant Middleware.

À compter de la version 5.1, Middleware contient une série de modifications et d’innovations essentielles. La plateforme offre la possibilité d’intégration avec des boitiers décodeurs de fabricants tiers, des applications de marque pour les plateformes mobiles et les téléviseurs intelligents, la possibilité de passer des publicités vidéo, la fonction «Picture in Picture», le contrôle parental étendu, une nouvelle interface pour les utilisateurs et beaucoup d’autres choses.

Chaque nouvelle version du logiciel contient des améliorations et des réponses aux questions posées par les opérateurs à notre service d’assistance technique. Nous assurons une assistance gratuite seulement pour la version actuelle du produit et celle d’avant. Nous saluons le passage aux dernières versions de Middleware et nous sommes à la disposition des opérateurs pour les aider dans cette tâche.

De cette façon, à partir du 1er mars, ceux qui utilisent la version 5.1 ou plus récente, pourront nous contacter pour bénéficier de notre service d’assistance technique. Les opérateurs peuvent disposer d’une consultation gratuite sur des questions de réglages et d’exploitation de la plateforme dans le régime 8/5 ou optionnellement acquérir le service d’assistance technique dédiée 24/7 avec la garantie en fonction du niveau d’assistance attribuée.
