Importer Status
Your company must already hold a valid import licence issued by Indian customs and have a proven process for clearing goods through port or airport. You should be comfortable managing BIS certification, duties, and GST so our devices reach local warehouses without delays.

Legal Entity
We require a registered Indian business entity (Pvt Ltd, LLP, or equivalent) able to sign binding agreements, open LC/TT payments, and issue invoices.

Corporate Email & Website
Partners must use a domain-based email address and maintain a professional website that clearly lists products, services, and contact details. These assets will be referenced in Infomir’s global “Where to Buy” directory, so they must be reliable and up-to-date.

English Proficiency
Day-to-day coordination, logistics paperwork, and technical training are conducted in English. At least two team members (sales & logistics) should communicate fluently by email, phone, and video conference to avoid project slowdowns.
