Infomir has introduced a new solution for hotels that combines TV, streaming, and guest services in a single interface. The solution comes preinstalled on the MAG555 streaming media player with Google TV and is designed for properties of any size — from chain and boutique hotels to aparthotels, hostels, and glamping sites, as well as for system integrators.


A unified platform for the guest experience

The solution provides access to linear TV, server-based content, and popular streaming services, including Netflix and YouTube. The interface can be customized to match the hotel’s brand and supports multiple languages, making it easier for guests from different countries to use. Channel navigation, an electronic program guide, and a personalized interface create a convenient and familiar user experience.


Integration and automation

The system integrates with the hotel’s PMS, synchronizing guest data and room status. This makes it possible to automate key processes, reduce staff workload, and ensure the proper operation of services throughout the guest’s stay, including the automatic clearing of user data from streaming services after check-out.


Guest services and communication

The platform includes informational and service modules: hotel and infrastructure details, event schedules, a photo gallery, as well as the ability to send requests — from housekeeping orders to room service.
